Yeah, it's just irritating is all. Khajiit never assumes his opinion on a given subject is superior to anybody else's. In your example about the number of spells being greater in Skyrim is somebody trying to argue something that is blatantly false.


They were one of the fanatics that Skyrim generated. Not sure what TES games they'd played previously, but they'd defend Skyrim on any grounds they could, regardless of reality. They actually started that discussion after being all but chased out of another discussion about magic in the TES games, but it was kind of funny to see them try to defend their stance. Every Skyrim spell was counted as unique and distinct, while from Oblivion Drain, damage, restore, and fortify were each considered to be only one spell, despite the menagerie of effects they encompassed rollinglaugh.gif

I have to admit, I do have a soft spot for arrogant mages. I blame a former character of mine; Marcos. He was so much fun to play and to write about laugh.gif

But I ran into some internal resistance for some reason, so it looks like Altmer's out of the question. I'll be firing up a Breton as soon as I can put together a name for him. I might even suspend dead is dead for this run...
