QUOTE(mirocu @ Dec 15 2016, 01:59 AM) Me too, sort of, as dad and I are going to the woods today. But I'm deciding how much I wanna work, if at all so you know. That's nice.. But you can look forward to the company Christmas dinner Khajiit will not be attending the company party. No alcohol= lame party

QUOTE(TheCheshireKhajiit @ Dec 15 2016, 12:02 AM) QUOTE(mALX @ Dec 14 2016, 10:54 PM) I didn't get that far in Morrowind, will have to play it through one day. I have the GOTY edition of it, just haven't been able to play it through yet.
Oh no! Did Khajiit spoil something for you?!! Oh no, dear gods the game has been out fourteen years, lol. I've read two fics that followed the questlines very accurately (Treydoggy's and Helena's); not to mention Alexander's fantastic "Morrowind" fic. Nothing can spoil Morrowind; it is too awesomely complex for any one tidbit of info to reveal too much. QUOTE(Callidus Thorn @ Dec 15 2016, 03:05 AM) QUOTE(mALX @ Dec 15 2016, 04:19 AM) QUOTE(Callidus Thorn @ Dec 14 2016, 11:27 AM) Urgh. Gotta go to the doctor's next week for an asthma review. Still, at least it's out of the way before christmas
I hope everything in the review comes back good/better than previous reviews. I figure it'll probably be more or less the same. And to be honest, I'd be fine with that. My asthma's isn't as bad as it used to be, it hasn't put me in hospital for years, and that's good enough for me. My son's got better as he got older too, it was kind of like he turned a corner and suddenly he wasn't in danger all the time anymore from it. He still has respiratory issues that make him suffer, but has not needed hospital emergency room trips since he was under 10 years old. QUOTE(Callidus Thorn @ Dec 15 2016, 03:27 AM) Genetics is a bitch. Then again, genetics is also responsible for me having the ability to eat what I like without getting fat, so I suppose I can't complain too much Grrrrrrrr. Grrrrrr. Grrrrrrr. No alcohol= lame party You never want alcohol at a Company Christmas Party! Someone always tells the boss off; some secretary has sex in someone's office with some executive; five drunk men always undress the CPR Dummy and stick hot dogs and ketchup in his mouth; some woman invariably douses her drink onto a fellow worker; and you can never wipe the image of the people you work with sloshing and oofing around - makes it hard to work with them the rest of the year. No Alcohol means the party ends quicker, no embarrassing moments, and all you have to do is eat catered food and open a present, laugh a few times. THEN when it is over you can go drink! Lol, whew! This one should've known but he's glad nothing was spoiled! QUOTE(mALX @ Dec 15 2016, 07:39 AM) You never want alcohol at a Company Christmas Party! Khajiit is not seeing the downside of being witness to the chaos you described, lol!

QUOTE(Callidus Thorn @ Dec 15 2016, 12:24 PM) Just letting you guys know I'm going to be a lot less active here for the next two or three weeks(in all likelihood). I'm actually typing this one handed, with a wrist support on my left wrist, as a result of hitting a wall earlier. I had received some exceptionally bad news and lashed out. Stupid, I know, but it was that kind of news.
So I've sprained my wrist pretty badly, which rules out videogames for a while, and makes typing a bitch.
Khajiit is sorry for your pain Thorns, both physical and otherwise. Hang in there man!
