QUOTE(TheCheshireKhajiit @ Jul 6 2017, 11:11 AM) Only problem Khajiit sees with that theory is that we weren't at war with either country until late 1941. Now that said, it's possible she was imprisoned then executed after war was declared, but then you'd think they would want to politicize her execution, turning it into a "blow to the morale" of the American people.
I don't think her being executed would have been as big as a blow to American Pride, maybe to the women who idolized her but not the entire country, besides that would make the Pearl Harbor attack redundant.

Sup Thorns?! Stayin' frosty over there? If only. It's even warmer than it was yesterday. According to the weather forecast it'll be cooler over the weekend though, so that's something.

I looked at the picture, and I think it is proof that Elvis didn't die. He traveled back in time to the South Pacific. Or maybe it is Jesus. Seriously, it could be anyone in that picture.

Khajiit is not so sure. Unless we are just so familiar with her because of her disappearance, it seems like a pretty big fuss was made over her before she went missing. If this is true, then the Japanese would have known who she was, and would've made it known they had her. This is just conjecture on Khajiit's part, of course. Khajiit was thinking the hair of the person in question in that pic was a little too dark, but then there was a pic of her with darkish hair, so, who knows? They won't be able to prove it conclusively in any case. This post has been edited by TheCheshireKhajiit: Jul 6 2017, 11:29 PM

I've been awake for about 30 hours so far, so I'm chalking it up to sleep deprivation. Of course, this doesn't explain why I own a Maroon 5 album(two, in fact)

Khajiit will concede that some of their songs are funky and catchy, just not this one's particular cup o'tea.

My cd collection is all over the place

QUOTE(Callidus Thorn @ Jul 7 2017, 09:52 AM) Heh, I had to upgrade from a cup to a cauldron over a decade ago, to accommodate my eclectic taste. My cd collection is all over the place Khajiit's tastes in music are a bit eclectic too. Stations he frequently listens too on pandora: Nirvana Radio- basically 90's alternative and grunge with some classic rock thrown in. Artists include Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Jimmy Hendrix, Rolling Stones, The Offspring, and others. Irish Pub Rock Radio- some Irish folk songs mixed with Irish rock. Artists include Flogging Molly, The Young Dubliners, The Pogues, Darby O'Gill (funny stuff!), The Blaggards, others. Nightwish Radio- Epic, mostly dark, rock and metal. Artists include Nightwish, Dragonforce, Rhapsody of Fire, Camelot, and perhaps lesser known like Dark Moor and Edenbridge. This station also plays some more traditional music like instrumentals played on violins and what not, and also some odd stuff like The Birthday Massacre. Early Jazz Radio- exactly what it says. Artists like Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, Billy Holliday, and others. It also throws in some c.1920's New Orleans jazz occasionally, and Khajiit has heard the likes of Sinatra on there. Fallout3 basically got me listening to this type of music. Screamin' Jay Hawkins Radio- weird blues mostly. Artists include Screamin' Jay Hawkins, Howlin' Wolf, John Lee Hooker, Little Richard, and others. On Khajiit's apple music thing he has all kinds of stuff from Spanish guitar, a few electronica selections, symphonic metal, folk metal, classical, mariachi (one selection: a mariachi version of Gerudo Valley from LoZ:OoT that this one grouped with the Spanish guitar stuff), and more that Khajiit doesn't really know how to categorize.

Bought this at a pawn shop the other day: Luke's Lightsaber. The box it was in was a disaster so I tossed it but the saber itself looks like it's in pretty good condition, to bad I don't have any batteries to test it. Still nice though.

QUOTE(Dark Reaper @ Jul 7 2017, 10:33 PM) Might be some change of plans on getting my rifle out of layaway the 1st. My dad and manage to find another place to move to and considering I REALLY hate the hellhole I'm living in now and the new place looks better, it's going to take a lot of money to not only take the place off the market but also pay the first month's rent. The new place is a rent to own. In all it'll be totally worth it.
Yeah, definitely man. New digs would definitely take priority over another gun (hell, you already have an AK, a .45, and who knows what else) in Khajiit's mind.
