Looks swanky! I would personally keep the foregrip as it was, but I guess you get a better grip with the new thing

I've always wanted to try the angled grip, well looks like I'll get my wish.

The new picatinny rail looks like a big improvement. I don't know why they still make AR15s with the older style 'ribbed for her pleasure' handguard anymore. Given how much more useful picatinny rails are, and now m-lok and keymod, it's a step in the wrong direction. If the rails start to dig into your fingers, Magpul makes these little rubber things that fit over the rails. They came with my Sig, and I found they make for a more comfortable grip.

I read up on how to change out a handguard. Yikes, that really looked like a pita!

Removing the hand guard was easy putting on the quad rail was a nightmare. But now my rifle looks totally BA.

Oops, I did not mean changing out the forgrip, but the handguard. I always get those two names confused. I was looking at a S&W AR10, but decided against it because I didn't like the M16A2 style hand guard it came with. I looked up how to replace it, and said to myself "Oh hell no!"

I think this is why I like the Hybrid AR-15 as it already had rails for fore grips. Still I love my new rifle and can't wait to shoot it.

I have just sold an airsoft; a battery powered Ingram Mac 10. I'm also about to sell my CO2 pistol that I sold earlier but wasn't paid for. And when this is all said and done - clicky

Man that's a sexy revolver . I know there's a type of airsoft pistols (probably like the ones you have) that look and feel JUST like the real thing but instead of bullets its those plastic pellets and the magazines require CO2 or some kind of compressed gas. My Brother-in-Law showed me one from Japan it was impressive looking.

It's perfect! Or... It would be if the hammer in its resting position met up with the frame. Basically the only thing I have to complain about...


I don't know if my guns can be mistaken for the real dealz, but they sure must come close. Steel built, semi- and full auto options and they are quite heavy. No gas to drive the mags though; you have to wind up a spring. Bit annoying tbh.

The AK-47 even has real wood in the butt and foregrip; not selling that one btw

Some of those high dollar airsofts can really give the real McCoy a run for their money. I find them amazing how real some of them look .

Ahhhh....good ol' Hickok.

Took the new rifle outside and shot an old empty bottle of clothes soap, left a nasty exit bullet hole. I've forgotten how nosy the rifle was and how little kick it has.

That's why I love an AR-15. The trigger is as smooth as butter. Just gives you a little push back into your shoulder that you barely even notice. It hits what you aim at. Boy they are loud though! I have been thinking of buying a silencer just for a little quiet.

I think the AK I had where louder then the AR-15. I remember on time my Dad while at work ran into on the neighbors who filed a complaint against me due to the noisiness of my AK. Of course the Cops didn't do anything as I live out in the county and shooting is perfectly legal.

Meanwhile I'm used to shoulder kickers. My first big one gave me a halfcircle from the scope above my right eye. Wasn't too bad though and if anything it taught me to keep my distance


My .22 is a nice experience though. I kinda wish I had gone with the Ruger 10/22 and a 30 round mag but really, a 15 round lever action suits me much better.

I don't really have a favorite handgun. I have never even shot one. If I were to ever get one I would look toward one of the 1911s, or maybe a Walther P99. I prefer rifles.

Khajiit May look at something in .40 caliber if he decides to go with a handgun. Seems like a nice in between from 9mm and a .45.

.40 Cal. is a pretty nice handgun, my Dad had a MP Shield .40Cal. and it was a nice shooting gun.

Isn't the .40 more "rare" as in "more expensive" than the .45?

Maybe. Khajiit is looking at it for home defense so expense of the ammo isn’t really a top concern. It’s not something this one is going to take out a whole lot and throw money down a range.
