Sure have. Only got up one step from white belt when they cancelled it where I live though. I remember being especially fond of lowkicks since most people have Hollywood and their spectacular high head kicks in mind. Seems like lowkicks aren't expected as much.

My man. That you chose to favor low-kicks speaks of a sound and pragmatic mindset when it comes to shot selection. Low kicks are criminally underrated outside of MT and Kickboxing, especially the ones targeting the opponent’s inner thigh. One good shot there and you’ve compromised their mobility for the rest of the confrontation.

I very much agree with you wholeheartedly here. No need to always knock someone out cold, get them to not being able to move around so good and you're golden. I prefer the knee though, seeing how disabled I was myself when crashing with my bike and landing on my left knee. It was even on a dirt road so no asphalt, and on the other side was the soft seat, and I was limping for a few weeks afterwards. But yeah, the inner thigh is a good place too. Hurts like a female dog

Saw this this on YouTube and frankly I'm a little intrigued. Stream games that you don't have to download and a reasonable membership fee...I might have to look into this.

Latency and Bandwidth issues will make it unworkable for most people. You'll need FTTP (FIOS for example) to get the bandwidth needed for the video stream, and that's assuming none of your neighbors is using any. It adds the internet connection delays from you to the Stadia server to the one between them and the game server itself. Two links instead of one.

With local rendering in the non-Stadia situation, only game changes need to be transmitted, not the whole video stream, and that's orders of magnitude smaller. Many processes happen locally, with no lag due to the internet, but with Stadia everything happens remotely, and the same full-bandwidth video stream is needed for simple things like inventory display.

And if you're paying your ISP for total data, it won't be cheap. Data caps will mean no play after a point, and so on.

And like Steam, it's another middleman who can cut you off from your contract with the game supplier.

What it will be good for, is trying a game before you download a copy. If they allow that.

Khajiit would think that it would work like Netflix or other streaming services, in that you can play whatever games they have available as much as you want as long as you are paying the sub. This one would be quite annoyed if he paid the sub and then had to buy the games after that. Might as well just stick to Steam or GoG, no sub.
