The day began oddly. During breakfast I realized I felt semi alert! How often does that happen? Not very. Amazingly, this unusual mental state lasted through my morning walk (c0600). Alas, alertness has become so rare for me that I couldn't figure out what to do with it, beyond a TS2021 Quick Drive, which I enjoyed more so than is normally the case of late. Even now, nearly 1000, I retain some of that alertness, though it is fading. Such is life among the decrepit.
