Well, we are going somewhere to have lunch with Khajiit’s da on Sunday and then we will go over to Khajiit’s ma’s where Khajiit will cook up some crawfish étouffe!

Something that struck us as funny earlier. Khajiit was at the bank today and he asked the teller if they would be closed on Monday. She told him that they would be open. Banks get all kinds of “holidays” off, but not Easter? Khajiit finds that odd.

Now it's time to start the Easter dinner;

Step 1, marinade leg of lamb in olive oil red wine, rosemary, garlic, and mint for 24-hours. Ooops should have done that yesterday.

Use quickie method, rub leg of lamb with oil, herds, salt and pepper.

Next, place leg of lamb in roasting pan. Where's my roasting pan?
There it is.
Oh gross, forgot to wash it from last year. No problem, no one will notice anyways?

Back on track, set oven to pre-heat at 325.

Place roast in oven and …

MAVERICK! Come back here with that lamb!

Chase dog around house.
Lose lamb bone tug-o-war with dog.
Give up and go to McDonalds. mad.gif
