@ Mirocu- What method do you use to kill Necromancers? Use the conjuration and close in quick? Or stealth and invisibility or drain speed? What is Lothran's main weapon?

I have rerolled my Argonian and are back at level 2. He has a proper name now (Wud-Nur) and is exploring the area around Chorrol. Light rain is falling and he feels quite at home with water dripping off his born growths.

First he rushes in and gets their attention by throwing an AoE spell. Then he rushes out, waits for them and when they appear he summons the Spriggan and simply watches the show.


A mace that does elemental damage which is usually preceded by a Weakness spell. He also carries a backup Daedric dagger that does Damage Health and also a bow.


@Wolf - What was your Argonian's level prior to the reroll?

@ Mirocu- Your build sounds great fun! I got to level 5 before I felt I needed a reroll. The stats and class were great, but I did not like the look of the Argonian. He was too flashy, with large born growths. now he is more subtle, hiding into the crowd like a proper assassin/thief.

Wud-Nur is exploring south of Hackdirt. He is picking ingredients as he goes and fighting wolves and rats. He just reached level 3.

The Arena.

It is Sundas, Last Seed 11, Snaat Rayag the skooma dealer heads into the Arena. He's only got 52 gold on his person because he just re-upped his merchandise. So he'll start small.

"You WON, congratulations!" whoa. "200 gold!" Hundolin hands Snaaty a sack of coin. Didn't expect that. And now that he's flush again, my elf is back in black.

"Ah, another happy spectator! ... bla blb bla How much would you like to bet?"

Might as well go all the way. "100 gold on the Yellow Team," my Dunmer hands over half the coin he just won, *clink!* Thing is, he often is able to make at least one or two sales as he bets on teams all day.

Blue Team = a lady with a 2-hander sword
Yellow Team = a second lady with a longsword and leather shield.

Dang. Yellow Team lost.

Always fun to make a bet in the Arena. As a former Blue Teamer, Lothran always bets on them



And today was yet another cleansing of Bloodcrust Cavern with one of the vampies having a rare zero-weight Black Robe!

Nice, those are super-rare, those robes.

Today when Lothran returned to Skingrad he actually encountered an Imperial Legionnaire. His horse was parked outside the gate and as for himself, he simply walked through town and exited the gate on the other side, after a brief chat with Eyja.


What happened to his horse is at this point unknown.

Lothran is now well on his way to Anvil having stopped by Shetcombe Farm, the very place we first encountered the infamous Abomb many Masser and Secunda ago.


Current location: Mortal Camp.

Gottshaw Inn, morning



Lothran tried to locate a hidden bandit camp that's supposed to be somewhere NW of Kvatch but failed to do so, so now he's resting outside the inn ready for the final leg of his journey to Anvil.

I wonder if that bandit camp is the one associated with The Orrery? Or is this too far east?

My skooma dealer arrives to Roxey about mid-afternoon. It's rainy outside and we're looking forward to a confluence of silly conversations, all colliding at once. And yep, we're not disappointed!

Yeah yeah. Snaaty's a skooma dealer, a merchant. Lately he's become a transporter as well, moving moon sugar from either Cheydinhal or Leyawiin. So no, Malene. Today is not the day for your fair adventurer to save your business. In fact, business is BOOMING in Roxey Inn as it is. Listen to all these conversations!

My Dunmer rents a room, buys two bottles of mead, has a meal of rice and blackberries. Nyah.

Always nice to find an inn when it's dark and/or raining outside


And if this had been a certain someone other than Snaaty, I reckon a couple of cheap wine bottles would the only things ordered.

A rainy evening at an inn is a fun place to be.

Lothran is now resting on a bench at the plaza outside The Count's Arms. On the way he met and talked to M'aiq but other than that the walk was uneventful.

Right now Lothran is by the shipwreck NW of Anvil after having first visited Lord Drad's Ogres' Estate and the shrine to Malacath. Really nice coastal area and home to one of our favourite critters; the Mudcrab!

Now is one of those rare times where in-game time of year corresponds with IRL; Mid-Year 4, 3E439.


Lothran is approaching Anvil again after having spent a couple of days hiking in the wilderness. It is indeed Mid-Year and as it happens also midday
