That guy does NOT have your eyes, he has to use a beard and moustache to keep from looking boring. You would be covering up a masterpiece with it.

Your eyes are a stunning feature that should be showcased with a clean face so they can be seen from any distance or angle. A beard/moustache would detract from them, draw other's attention and focus away from them. If you have an asset, you don't hide it under a hairy bush. (use them to your best advantage = Stare down your enemies/opponents, inspire slavish devotion in your allies).

So I´m back at the academy. Again. Shouldn´t I be a fully trained agent by now? I mean I´ve finished the damn thing 4 times and yet they keep insisting me to do the training course at UNATCO!

Out of interest, can you ever get past that robot at the end of the tutorial without being made into mincemeat. Only seeing as you can't die there and I always get shot by the damn thing, every time I try it I end up being forced to drag myself to the exit by making J.C. Denton drag himself there by waggling his chin.

That robot is of no concern to me Sometimes I destroy it but it´s more fun to sneak by, since that´s what Deus Ex is to me anyway in terms of gameplay style.

But oh, boy. Another playthrough. Last one was in 2011 so it´s not that far away, I may still remember too many details. What have I gotten myself into?
