That's exactly what it is, and that's what's so sad.

Hubster says I need to go see a doctor about my short-term memory loss. I put the clothes in the washing machine last night, and went to take a bath, and ended up getting undressed and going to bed, instead. It's literally seven steps from the kitchen to the room I'm sleeping in, and I forgot that quickly. He texted me and reminded me to wash his work shirt, and I exited out of the message and forgot about doing it. That quickly.

I say it's because I'm so tired. And I literally can't remember what I'm supposed to be doing right now...

Then again it might be from stress or tiredness.
