Technically it's morning, in that it's after midnight, but it's only 20 something past twelve.

And I pretty much always have trouble sleeping.

It's a question of getting my mind to calm down for long enough to actually get to sleep.

I prett much have to meditate until I fall asleep, one stray thought and my mind just runs with it. sad.gif
