This Dunmer here only played around with flamecloaks once...and was instantly tempted to murder Jizargo at the next opportunity.

It was worse before the Unofficial Patch: if the explosion killed more than three draugr at once, you'd also fail the quest! The count had to be exactly three after using a scroll, or it wouldn't work.
