Believe me, I'm not either. tongue.gif The cost factor is just too great sometimes, ya know? Like with my brakes; spend $80 and do them myself in an hour? Or take it to a shop and pay $250+?

I'm somewhat lazy, but also pretty cheap. biggrin.gif

What job can you possibly have that is better than the one you have now? Own office, internet time during paid hours, not doing stuff you have to do because you just don't feel like it rollinglaugh.gif

The problem with working on your car is that you find you need a new tool that ends up costing more than the pro job. Especially with everything being computer-linked these days.

Depends on how involved you want to get. Most expensive thing I've purchased is a floor jack.
