QUOTE(stargelman @ May 9 2006, 09:12 AM) I think it's marble cake. Not too dry. Fresh. Yummy. So, what's everyone doing today? I'll spend this wonderful day playing a bit of Oblivion. My little fighter character is coming along nicely, so it's gonna be fun. Other than that, I'll probably do...well...absolutely nothing! That sounds strangely familiar. Wait a second....... Thats what Ill be doing today! Its my day off college and I just finished my homework so today is doss day. There is one exception though, later I might go on Baldurs Gate II again. Seems no matter how many times I play that game, Ill come back to it eventually.

QUOTE(Khajiit Overlord Rainer @ May 9 2006, 03:32 PM) Rainer wonders, how many characters does everyone have? I have had about 6-8 all pretty much the same due to having to restart through screw ups and bugs. His name is obviously Joryn, because I liked the names Foryn Gilinith and Voryn Dagoth from morrowind and since my name is Jonathan I put a J on there. I realise you didnt need to know that but.........Fleh.

However, Rainer has 8 characters, but only 6 of them can be replicated in Oblivion, and out of those 6, 5 of them will be missing wings. 2. I had one character, and then decided that they wern't evil enough, so I decided that basically my character would be based very much off the concept of a Trickster in mythology; that is, neither good nor ill, but rather popping up and getting involved in just about anything. It means that it makes sense to be head of five guilds, in my view.
For looks my first character was very warrior like, whilst this new one looks completly innocent - wouldn't hurt a fly type. Which makes being Listener and Grey Fox all the more amusing, and makes the bizarre collection of body parts arranged in some strange rite in my house all the more sinister.

QUOTE(Khajiit Overlord Rainer @ May 9 2006, 05:32 PM) Rainer wonders, how many characters does everyone have? Three. First was Solver-Tongue-Bogy an Argonian Hitman, and he has the highest level.I intended him as a stealth char, but somewhere in the process he became an uber Jack-of-All-Trades Second is a Vampire Breton Wizard, named Arlena, one of my Baldur's Gate 2 characters, reborn in TES SHE IS CHAOTIC EVIL! Third......My very own first Morrowind character Kall the Redguard, back in Oblivion I play him in modded version of the game (G_'s Loot Mod,Slow leveling, creature rebalance...).With the mods i installed imy gameplay experience is really improved!Take that ,Vanilla Oblivion!

You might need to visit a dentist. And an Optician. Maybe a style guru.

QUOTE(Ibis @ May 6 2006, 07:08 PM) Well, since we are chatting in the coffee shop and have said farewell to the Doomed One for a short period of time ... it made me think about Intestinal Chaos and wondering how he and his friends are doing camping out until they can move into their apartment. I hope all is going well for them. The world can be such a harsh place at times. We who sit in our warm, lit-up little homes huddled to the warmth of our monitor screens don't really think about how lucky we have it, not only to have a home but to be internationally connected on the internet. So tied in. It's a very different world when you are looking up at the moon without owning a place of your own and you look longingly at the bright windows of the people in the houses and think about what you'd do if you get to be so lucky again. When we lived in our station wagon, I longed for a porch light to turn on every sunset. I finally got a very nice one and now another. So it shall be for Stomach Ache, I hope. I think he will have to go through this hard time and then will really appreciate what he achieves by his own hand - not handed to him by parents. Never let any of us take for granted the blessings we have. Once again, thank you all very much for the concern and support. It really does help. As for my situation; so far so good. My cousin and his boyfriend (Kevin) had to move out on account of an argument with the homeowners, but this is actually a good thing. We were all getting frazzled by being so close to each other all the time. They now stay at another friend's house, and we still see eachother during and after school. As for the friend Amanda, me and her are actually dating now, so things aren't so lonely. The apartment plan fell out though. There's no way we could get it in time. Instead we made a deal with the people we're staying with and we can now stay even longer (now that it's only 2 people instead of 4). We already found an apartment complex that will do business with us and is reasonabley priced (the apartments aren't too shabby either). We're looking for jobs in the town we're in now, so I don't have to do any moving, which is great. All in all I think things are going fantasticly. I have everything I want, besides home and property. Thank you all very much for caring, it really lifts my spirits. Even though every time I update it's all sunshine and happiness, it's still hard and I do get bogged down by it all and when I see this it makes me feel great.
