then let me fill you in.....

Aragorn, the Heir King of Gondor (Minas Tirith), travelles with Legolas Greenleaf (Elf, Orlando Bloom) and Gimli Elf-Friend to the Dwimmordale (sp.) and they met the Dead King. Aragorn enlists the Oathbreakers, men from the days of Aragorn's ancestors that broke their oath to serve Aragorn's ancestors....the Oathbreakers were made into ghosts, but this isn't where stuff like this should go, back to planning!

Mannimarco is going to fight the pair and throw the fight....
Patholos is still mad as a hatter....
Commander Astratus is marching and Is a day and a half away from the Imperial City.

And now it looks like the Sil's army is going to start getting harrassed by a combo of Flint's arrows and a possible forest fire. Yippe!

perhaps ill wait for danny to get on... but maybe the sadril party should just 'jump' to soluthis to avoid roleplaying the journey?

mallet, would you mind placing amrita there or would you prefer somewhere else? you mentioned mournhold... but that is a tad far if we were to stay realistic.

and btw, where is the group with flogir located exactly? is it wooded or mountainous or what?

Well currently I think Flogir's group is basically around the Cheydinhal area, which is Northeast of the Imperial city. It's quite well wooded and there's the odd clifface as well if I remember correctly. It's gets mountainous after Cheydinhal, but the army isn't travelling that way.

And I can place Amrita in soluthis no problem.

I warn you now though, I'm not sure how much RPing I'll put in today because right now my modem is acting really bad because of the storm that knocked out the power a couple of days ago. It takes like 5 to 10 minutes just to refresh or like update to a new screen because the modem keeps dropping the connection.

Plus, The Ultimate Fighter is on tonight.

other times it feels like less cos of how slow it moves around here indifferent.gif

And four of those characters would be mine. I think I went a little overboard with creating characters..... Anyway, I'm going to post for Tenek (My firend is having trouble posting on school days).

You know what, I am probably going to kill off Commander Astratus in the first battle, and someone from the Hero group will have to take control. And just a side comment, The Silhouette's Army is coming from the east? That's where the Army of Morrowind is coming from as well.....that might need to be fixed.....

Umm, Morrowind coming from the North-east and Silhouette from the South-east?

And what are we going to do. Torch the forest, or build a dam? Frankly, are we near a big enough river for that? And do we have time to build a big enough dam? Despite Green-Root's and Tenek's complaints, I'm still for the forest fire. Just lob in a fireball and voila. With a dam you first have to build it and then wait for the water to collect.

If I may, since we are on the subject of dams, achem, "Where is the damn dam tour guide?" National Lampoons

Anyways, if the Silhouette is coming from the south, and the Army of Morrowind is coming from the North, they should meet in the Imperial City for climatic purposes. And I think Sadril and the group should meet some recruiters over in Morrowind to show the stress of the troop needs. Whatever is fine,....

On the dam subject, I was suggesting that we destroy a "pre-existing" one (ie one we created) and then destroy it, which would result in a surplus of water where there wasn't a lot of water before.

If they're coming from the South East, there's a river that runs North to South from Cheydinhal that they'll have to cross. It's like a river that connects around the Bravil area. I couldn't give you a name for it though.

I'm hoping Tenek will show up and post himself, but I shall not hold my breath. It can be difficult to RP someone else's character when you don't properly know their persona. Ian isn't going anywhere until Dantrag posts again, likewise for Issac and the others trying to save Kirana..... unless Shogun posts as Soldin (Or Minque as Satyana)

Karn is also inert until the fight breaks out.

Ok, then I suppose we wait.

Back to the dam subject, because I'm still a bit confused. Mallet, when you say 'that we created' do you mean we'll add a dam into the rp-lore that has been around before the whole Silhouette thing began? We in this case is a bit fuzzy, you know. We could be us forumgoers or Flogir and co.

If added to the lore, then it might actually work. Such a dam will be a bit more sturdy than one made by Flogir and co, but destruction is no problem. (Really, it all depends on how far Altair and Voltar are willing to go.)

Yea, I meant that; we add it to the rp-lore. That it is all ready there and we just have to go destroy it.

Water damage is just as cool as fire I guess tongue.gif

And Tenek will like it because we're "restoring" things into their natural balance biggrin.gif

Ah, ok. We'll restore the natural balance and any flooded tree is a sacrifice for the greater good. Now let's bust the dam! Wooh!

Ok, I'll post in the playground.

sorry i was out for the weekend. had to go across state.

anyway. mannimarco will probably 'win'... save for the liberation of kirana or whatever you want to call it.

however i plan to kill soldin off in the fight with mannimarco. we'll see how that works out when the time comes.

its funny. isaac and satyana keep promising rann that soldin wont die. boy will he be hateful when it happens biggrin.gif

For some reason I got that whole "noble death" cliche from the movies stuck in my head now. I can just picture Soldin jumping out in front of a fireball or something tongue.gif
