It's tradition here to have halfday at work before a semi-big holiday like Midsummer's Eve. At least at smaller work places like mine. Managed to talk boss into it this Monday though it wasn't really hard. He just agreed to it since, like I mentioned, it's tradition. But we could have had full day too if it was really needed.

Get on plane in Pittsburgh ok. Land in Washington DC to sit on tarmac for half hour due to weather. Lightning means they couldn't put out the jet bridge.
