I remember being blown away by how cool the dinosaurs in Jurasic Park were. Then being disappointed that, as cool as those critters were, the producers chose to make the story all about the pissant drama of puny humans. I would have much preferred a documentary format that focused totally on those wonderful dinosaurs. Oh well.

I was at the filming location for Jurassic world. They used Fern Canyon in northern California.

Fun conspiracy theory; they have actually recreated real dinosaurs and chose to "reveal" that fact by making these movies.
