Think about it. Magick knits up the flesh because...well, magick. Potions are more like fast-acting antibiotics. To my thinking, anyways. Hence why Kayla is so scarred. She doesn't go to healers except to repair whatever internal damage the potions couldn't fix. Even so, she can't afford to have the scars removed since they're just asthetic and non life threatening.

It doesn't have to be that way, DE. That's just Abiene's experience as a healer. Maybe Irvana's is different. I based that idea on the game placing value on healers (through NPC dialog) even though potions and blessings are readily available.

Is Irvana famous enough from her stage career that people would recognize her name? I meant to ask that before anyone introduced themselves to her.

It does make more sense that way. Thanks, Liz. And Grits, I see your point. I come to the same conclusion, too. Though I don't think a girl who was just attacked would feel confortable having people touch her. She was attacked by a vampire! wacko.gif

Some would recognize her, yes. She's more known for her nobility, sort of. Not that many people know her name, just the orphan black-haired girl who lives alone in her castle. kvright.gif

mALX, this is so much better than I could have imagined! Thank you so much for doing this. We had so much fun getting our characters together in Aravis Oblivion thread, and I cant wait to get the Goblet in my games for play and screenshots! The players quarters are awesome, and the back door is a genius idea. I know every one of my crew is going to want to live there! Plus, surprises!!!
