I used to work with an engineer who has great hands. It was very distracting in meetings because he’d have them up on the table and gesture with his mechanical pencil. I always had to sit with him next to me and look across at this other guy. I pretty much loathed him, so that kept me focused.

I was doing the books for a restaurant where they had a couple very fiesty elderly waitresses. One old farmer used to come in every day for coffee, who had the hugest nose and ears I've ever seen - I mean seriously ugly.

So being me, and them being feisty anyway; we decided that his nose/ears size was a euphanism for what you are hinting about here. We made up stories about how many accidents he had tripping/toilet lids falling down/etc. - kept us in hysterics for at least three months.
