That's nice, I like her new place! What does it mean when she 'surveys her new army?' She has an army of followers? QUOTE(SubRosa @ May 20 2016, 09:44 PM) Wow I really love this one. Not just 'cause she's in a bathing suit either. She looks like one of my Sims 3 characters in that outfit. I've got this fascination with combining Sims with something more 'adult', you see. *laughs* Ha ha ha I love the Boomer things. That whole quest (or whatever it is) must be fun. Awesome! A rebirth of Hecate! That Flora Overhaul looks really neat. The dry wasteland suits the George Miller idea of Mad Max but not really an urban setting like DC. Much more like a Chernobyl zone now! If you like that theme, SubRosa, you will enjoy the Far Harbor DLC. It has heaps of that flora, combined with a cool Silent Hill fog that drifts eerily down into the lowlands. I downloaded it yesterday and it is really, really good. Acadian: I gave her the hunting rifle to start with. I made a mod that adds all the base, entry-level weapons to the start of the tutorial area. I did the same with Oblivion. That way my characters can start off using the kind of weapon I intended for them, and I can practice with it and see if I really like it. I think the big red moon got blown up by the atom bombs! Lousy Commie Moon... Winter Wolf: So far I am liking Flora Overhaul - Forested Edition quite a bit. In all fairness to George Miller, the Max movies are set in Australia after all, and you folks have some seriously badass deserts over there, without the benefit of nuclear weapons. Here in the States we only have deserts in the South-West: the Mojave, Great Basin, Sonoran, and Chihuahan. The rest of the country is prairie or forest. I am sure nuclear war would incinerate most of the plant life. But it only takes one seed to create a forest, and 200 years is a long time for nature to do its work. TBH, there would be no roads or wood frame buildings at all. They would have been completely reclaimed. Stone buildings would have collapsed and just be a pile of rocks overgrown with weeds and moss and shrubs. Chernobyl (and here in Detroit!) gives us a good example of how quickly human-made structures disintegrate without proper care and upkeep. Far Harbor does sound neat. I liked the idea back from when it was first announced. Though it does sound a lot like Point Lookout part 2. But I loved Point Lookout, so that is not a bad thing, imho. I am still holding off on buying FO4 until they finish all the dlc and patches and come out with a GOTY/Atomic Edition. Welcome to MegatonYou people really drink this stuff? So I rent you, and the bed comes with the deal? This place is a lot different from the Vault! You want me to do what with the atomic bomb?Wasteland justiceFixing the pipesGood thing the office helper has a built-in laser weapon...This post has been edited by SubRosa: May 24 2016, 01:42 PM

Megaton looks like a Pilajunk. So, was the bed extra after all? Nice to see Hecate establishing her gun creds. Gonna need a bigger hammer to fix those pipes. Love the last picture of Hecate and Robbie!

Ha! I wish I could eavesdrop on the conversation with Nova. It would have been priceless! A smoking mod would suit the sitting up in bed pic after the wild lovemaking there. Unless, of course, nothing happened there, of course. Great to see the early part of the game again. So many super duper moments- Overlook, Springvale, Megaton, the local school, Super Duper Mart. Fallout 3 will always be my favorite game I have ever played, just because I had not seen such a cool start to any game, plus the whole RPG shooter thing. Oblivion is a close second though. Skyrim, yuck, and Fallout 4, drab. Mr Burke made one HUGE mistake there!

Acadian: Everything looks like a pile of junk in Fallout. That is one of the things I love about these games. Junk is treasure! (seriously though, it is...) The bed was not extra at all. Though Hecate did not get much sleep... Winter Wolf: For an innocent vault girl, meeting Nova would definitely be a world-changing experience. In more ways than one! I heard an interview with Wes Johnson (who voices Mr. Burke), and he says that even he kills Burke all the time! Lopov: Hecate did not kill the Overseer. He is Amata's dad after all. I think I have only had one or two characters actually kill him. The sad thing is that the only thing different about my Megaton is the lighting. Otherwise it is completely vanilla. I don't know why Bethesda decided to screw up the game with all of the terrible green lighting effects they used on everything. Actually the town sheriff was there when Burke got his just desserts. That is why Burke has his gun out. Hecate was quicker on the draw. Sitting on the dock of the bay must be playing in the last shot, surely! I also see the natural/unnatural wildlife is slowing by lowered in number by our lovely sniper. Bringing order to the wasteland one bullet at a time.

Your grass does indeed look fabulous. You know I like all those old billboard ads in FO! Oooh, stealthy! Looks like Hecate has accepted a Terminex contract for Grayditch. Red sky in the morning, sniper take warning. . . . Eeep! I can only imagine what Hecate sees through her scope at that range! I had the same thought as Wolf - Sittin’ on the dock of the bay. . . .

Hecate and that ant she killed reminds me of a favorite Space Marine line from Aliens - "Is this gonna be a real stand up fight or just another bug hunt?" What an adorable. . . thing that is telling his troubles to Hecate. Timmy and the Lassie Morrowind well! Not a good idea to go bounty hunting for Hecate! Popping caps! Le Chic – Eeep! What a fashion disaster! Yup, the wasteland looks pretty good with all that SkyBlivion trees and grass. Dawn patrol is simply a beautiful shot of our dark-haired sniper.

I am way behind picture-gazing, ahhh! Look at Hactate in a 101 suit. Cho just did the return to Vault 101 quest not long ago. He wound up killing the Overseer too, which is not the outcome either of us wanted. He wanted to get Amata (and also Butch) out into the Wasteland without killing anyone, but from what I understand this is not possible to do, without also destroying 101. Ah, I love that Floral Overhaul mod. It doesn't look like it goes too far. Oh wait, you started Fallout 3 with her. I get it now. I'm slow today. Love the Moonlight Goddess pic. One of my characters (I think it was Marge N. Overra) also took care of that guy in Moriarty's. Good job, Hectate. Love the sky in "Morning Sniper". How'd you change that? Acadian: Those trees make this a whole new game for me. I did like the barren, wasteland feel of the original game. But this new arboreal wasteland is a lot of fun too. I often find it reminding me of Cyrodiil. Except of course when I glimpse a Deathclaw though the sniper scope... She who dies with the most teddy bears wins! Renee: It is not often you see Hecate in a Vault Suit! Only at the very beginning of the game. She can't wait to get that thing off and slip into something black. It will probably be a long time before this new version of Hecate goes back to the Vault. That trip is trigged by the main quest, and she is putting it off. The last person she wants to see is dear old Daddy, who ran out on her in the Vault. I think all the Flora mod really does is replace the models and textures of the existing trees and grass in the game. So it does not really add anything where it wasn't before. It just makes all the dead trees alive. I changed all the lighting in the game. I started with Fellout, and have been modding that for over a year to get the colors how I like them. I am still working on them.
