yea I want to read your works in order if I can. Am up to In The Arms of the Elder’s Gleam, pretty sure. Returning to Ivarstead from the mountain.

Kirin mentions someone named Jornir, who was Lydia's previous traveling partner. Was this also another character you rolled?

Whoa he fell off the balcony at Dragonreach? How crazy. I had a guy in the past who wanted to see if it's possible to jump from there but it's not; invisible barrier prevents this. Jornir must've really been drunk, then!

So...question: Given that Kirin and Buffy are both very devoted to Kynareth and both live within Tamriel, is Kirin aware of Acadian's elf, even if this is not mentioned in the story?

Jornir was just an invention for Lydia's backstory, to flesh her out a little bit. It made sense to me that she would have served others in the past. Poor sap definitely had too much mead that night!

Buffy does not factor into the saga. That's no slight whatsoever to Acadian and his beloved Elf, I just was unaware of what her story involved when I wrote this at Haven in 2018. In other words; The Children of Kyne do not belong to the CWU (Chorrol Writing Universe), but exist in their own version of the Aurbis.
Acadian
Though developed completely independently, I was delighted to see how both Kane and I incorporated both Kyne and Mara into our stories - giving Divines actual personalities, replete with the feelings, vulnerabilities and imperfections that come with that. smile.gif

I too was delighted to discover that when I delved into Buffy's tale. smile.gif
