I've been an avid rope jumper for a while now but I'm not an avid early riser. Still, doing any sport activity outside after 7 AM is because of extreme humidity and high temperatures next to impossible, so I have no other choice but to wake up very early.

Thanks. You're not doing so badly healthwise yourself! I jumped rope for a relatively brief period during my mid-20s, but never became good enough at it to want to stick with it. On the other hand, I am an avid early riser, though what seems early to others is perfectly normal for me. On the other hand, I wilt as the day progresses.

Removed the water filter at the cottage today. Considering the thing in the middle is pure white when brand new...

To be fair, that pre-filter usually doesn't get that nasty. This is from after we had to change the water pump and the 92 meter hose. Next year I expect the pre-filter to be much more like it usually gets.


But thank God we have that filter system!
