Thank you for the kind birthday wishes, friends! I was on a road trip, but now I'm home and slowly recovering.
I recall saying something along the lines of, "All I want this year is a quiet holiday season at home." Well that was like Gandalf marking my door, because the dwarves immediately began arriving. So I got adventure for my birthday, which was great! But now I'm tired!
We're actually celebrating today with dinner out and cake at home. So I figure I'm about a week behind on everything. Hopefully I'll be back on track by the weekend.
Rosie came along on my most recent road trip. She was an absolute delight. And she's learned a new phrase: Rosie comes too!
