Status: I've reached a new milestone of sorts

One of my fitness goals has been to be able to do a set of 20 full pushups. I had begun to think that this was unrealistic, with me normally struggling to finish a set of 15. Then, about a week ago, to my great surprise, I hit 20 on my final (third) pushup set. I wasn't able to do so again during my next few sessions, so I wrote it off as a fluke. Then this morning, I hit 20 again on my second set of push-ups... and also on my third set! How this is possible I do not know. I suspect it might have something to do with finally being off the antibiotic treatments I've been on since my early 2025 battle with pneumonia and sepsis. Whatever the cause, it's a hopeful sign.

I spent all yesterday morning at the hospital cardiology clinic undergoing testing: a nuclear stress test and an echocardiogram, to be specific. Here are the results:

1) "...your ultrasound of your heart looked great. Your heart muscle is good and strong, and all your valves looked good."

2) "...your stress test was also normal. It did not show any areas of blockage."

Needless to say, I'm pleased as punch (which I will not drink). Besides the unquestionable results in and of themselves, this gives me a stronger case when I battle a medical establishment that is dead set against my carnivore diet and its sometimes resultant high cholesterol. (Note that not all carnivors "suffer" from high cholesterol. For good or ill, I happen to be in the subgroup of those following a low/no-carb diet called "lean mass hyperresponders."
