I might give it another go once I learn how to make the dough not so sticky. I will say oiling my hands with spray cooking oil helped keep the dough off my hands for a little bit. Also I might used chopped up peppers and shredded cheese next time or get another block of cheese and use a grater.
Maybe a little more flour?
