City-Swimmer ~ has a little house above S'krivva's, southwest of the city of bravil.
Glistel ~ Chorrol, lives in the south west corner of the city.
Medium level trainers:
Othrelos ~ Imperial City, elven gardens district. He has a house there in the north east part.
Mirabelle Monet ~ Anvil, she runs the boarding house on the waterfront there.
Low level trainers:
Alga ~ Bruma, lives together with Honmund in their house there.
Uravasa Othelas ~ Bravil, a priest at the great chapel of Mara there.
Medium level trainers:
Varon Vamori ~ Bravil, owner of a house there.
Gruiand Garrana ~ Cheydinhal, can be found inside the great chapel of Arkay there.

This is the only Master trainer that doesn't require you to first do a quest before training you.
Sinderion asks for a bottle each of the two best wines in the game; Tamika and Surillie brothers.A bottle of each be found very near there, in the wine cellar of the Skingrad castle.
Ask Tooth for training before 1p.m.! He'll require you to spend three hours with him under water (about 6 mins real time). Since this isn't an easy quest you'll need either the water breath spell, and be able to cast it enough times, or put on a helmet with a CE water breathing enchantment. These can be found as levelled loot at level; 3, 5, 8, 12, 17 or 22.
Additionally potions might also be your solution.
Gin-Wulm asks you a simple question, "What does the name Hazadir mean to you". The only way to know the answer is by reading the book "The armorer's challenge". A copy of the book can be found in the First Edition bookstore nearby, and on the second floor of the Cheydinhall fighters guild.
Bradus will only offer you training if you've explored at least 30 locations. Seems simple to accomplish.
Alix will only offer training if either your fame or Infamy is 20 or over.
Andragil wants to see if you can take a beating before offering you training, She'll attack you with her warhammer but you're not allowed to defend yourself using weapons. So make sure to un-equip all weapons before starting this. You can however use a shield to block her attacks or even use your hands to defend yourself, make sure not to kill her though ;-)
Irene Merrick won't offer you training untill you've killed at least 50 NPC characters. Creatures don't count here.
Olyn Seran asks that you summon a faded wraith. This is not possible through casting a normal spell, not unless you cheat anyway as you need a level 75 conjuration skill to cast this.
You can however find a scroll of this spell as random loot, mainly from the corpses of necromancers and conjurers.
Bralsa asks that you bring her 20 bear pelts. These can obviously be found on the corpses of bears but you can also purchase them from traders.
Helvius wants you to fight him barehanded, and in a period of 30seconds, do at least 40% damage to his health.
Pranal asks you for a set of one silver pitcher and four silver glasses, deliver them to him and he'll train you.
10 Welkynd stones is the price you need to pay Martina Floria to get her to train you, you'll be able to find such stones in Ayleids ruins.
J'Bari asks you for an Elven cuirass, get it to him and he'll train you.
One Elven bow is the price Alawen asks of you, for her training that is. Incidentally, the best time to see her is when she's sleeping since else she's hard to keep up with, let alone speak to.
Ironic isn't it? That before training you to be a better merchant Palonirya first asks you of 10000 gold. Pherhaps that's why she's a master merchant eh ;-)
Dagail wants you to close at least three Oblivion gates before she trains you, if you've done the main quest this shouldn't be a problem.
Oleta can be found in Kvathch, a city destroyed and under sige, she wants you to clear the city of Daedra before she consents to train you.
After you find him inside the prison, J'baana asks you to get a message from S'krivva who can be found in Bravil. Her house can be found southwest of the Northern gate.
If you're able to pickpocket from her, she'll deem you worthy and will train you further.
Now this is quite the quest Tandilwe asks you to undertake, she asks you to visit all 19 of Cyrodiils beggars and speak to all of them. NOTE! Killing them will mean you've failed this quest. Killing them before you receive this quest however, doesn't matter ;-)
Anvil: Imus the Dull who can be found behind the flowing bowl (during the night) and outside the chapel of dibella (during the day)
Anvil: Penniless Olvus can be found near the main gate here. Both during the day and during the night.
Bravil: Cosmus the cheat can be found behind the lonely suitor lodge during the night, and near the Great chapel of Mara during the day.
Bravil: Wretched Aia can be found behind the fair deal during the night and near the city gate, or the lone suitor or the chapel during the day.
Bruma: Fetid Jofnhild can be found beside the north gate during the night, and either at those gates, or at the chapel of Talos during the day.
Bruma: Jorck the Outcast can be found on the south side, behind Anora's house during the night and near the chapel, east gate or nord winds during the day.
Cheydinhal: Bruccius the Orphan can be found just south east of the West gate during the night and near the north east gate, the chapel of Arkay and just outside "goods and stores" during the day.
Cheydinhal: Luckless Lucina can be found in the south west corner of town during the night and the west gate, town statue or chapel during the day.
Chorrol: Lazy Kaslowyn can be found in the south west part of town during the night, sleeping against the south wall and during the day can be found near either the chapel or the fountain.
Chorrol: Nermus the mooch can be found just north of the chapel during the night, and near the south, or north gate or the chapel during the day.
Imperial City: Fralav the Faker can be found in the southwest corner of the elven gardens district at night and his day is spent either near the gates leading outside the city or near the gate to the palace district.
Imperial City: Simplicia the Slow can be found in the south east corner of the market district at night, and during the day, near the center of the market district or the gates leading out of the city.
Imperial City: No coins Draninus can be found in the northwest part of the Talos district at night, and his days are spent just to the north or south of the district center.
Imperial City: Ragbag Buntara can be found in the northern most part of the temple district during the night and during the day, near the gates leading either to the waterfront or to the palace.
Imperial City: Puny Ancus can be found behind the boarded up house in the waterfront district during the night and near the light house, and north and south sides of the docks during the day.
Leyawiin: Deeh the Scalawag can be found just north east of the west gate during the night and near the north or west gate, or the chapel during the day.
Leyawiin: Rancid Ra'dirsha can be found in the southwest corner of town during the night and the east gate or chapel during the day.

Sinderion asks for a bottle each of the two best wines in the game; Tamika and Surillie brothers.A bottle of each be found very near there, in the wine cellar of the Skingrad castle.
Alteration
Ask Tooth for training before 1p.m.! He'll require you to spend three hours with him under water (about 6 mins real time). Since this isn't an easy quest you'll need either the water breath spell, and be able to cast it enough times, or put on a helmet with a CE water breathing enchantment. These can be found as levelled loot at level; 3, 5, 8, 12, 17 or 22.
Additionally potions might also be your solution.
Armorer
Gin-Wulm asks you a simple question, "What does the name Hazadir mean to you". The only way to know the answer is by reading the book "The armorer's challenge". A copy of the book can be found in the First Edition bookstore nearby, and on the second floor of the Cheydinhall fighters guild.
Athletics
Bradus will only offer you training if you've explored at least 30 locations. Seems simple to accomplish.
Blade
Alix will only offer training if either your fame or Infamy is 20 or over.
Block
Andragil wants to see if you can take a beating before offering you training, She'll attack you with her warhammer but you're not allowed to defend yourself using weapons. So make sure to un-equip all weapons before starting this. You can however use a shield to block her attacks or even use your hands to defend yourself, make sure not to kill her though ;-)
Blunt
Irene Merrick won't offer you training untill you've killed at least 50 NPC characters. Creatures don't count here.
Conjuration
Olyn Seran asks that you summon a faded wraith. This is not possible through casting a normal spell, not unless you cheat anyway as you need a level 75 conjuration skill to cast this.
You can however find a scroll of this spell as random loot, mainly from the corpses of necromancers and conjurers.
Destruction
Bralsa asks that you bring her 20 bear pelts. These can obviously be found on the corpses of bears but you can also purchase them from traders.
Hand to Hand
Helvius wants you to fight him barehanded, and in a period of 30seconds, do at least 40% damage to his health.
Heavy Armor
Pranal asks you for a set of one silver pitcher and four silver glasses, deliver them to him and he'll train you.
Illusion
10 Welkynd stones is the price you need to pay Martina Floria to get her to train you, you'll be able to find such stones in Ayleids ruins.
Light Armor
J'Bari asks you for an Elven cuirass, get it to him and he'll train you.
Marksman
One Elven bow is the price Alawen asks of you, for her training that is. Incidentally, the best time to see her is when she's sleeping since else she's hard to keep up with, let alone speak to.
Mercantile
Ironic isn't it? That before training you to be a better merchant Palonirya first asks you of 10000 gold. Pherhaps that's why she's a master merchant eh ;-)
Mysticism
Dagail wants you to close at least three Oblivion gates before she trains you, if you've done the main quest this shouldn't be a problem.
Restoration
Oleta can be found in Kvathch, a city destroyed and under sige, she wants you to clear the city of Daedra before she consents to train you.
Security
After you find him inside the prison, J'baana asks you to get a message from S'krivva who can be found in Bravil. Her house can be found southwest of the Northern gate.
Sneak
If you're able to pickpocket from her, she'll deem you worthy and will train you further.
Speechcraft
Now this is quite the quest Tandilwe asks you to undertake, she asks you to visit all 19 of Cyrodiils beggars and speak to all of them. NOTE! Killing them will mean you've failed this quest. Killing them before you receive this quest however, doesn't matter ;-)
Anvil: Imus the Dull who can be found behind the flowing bowl (during the night) and outside the chapel of dibella (during the day)
Anvil: Penniless Olvus can be found near the main gate here. Both during the day and during the night.
Bravil: Cosmus the cheat can be found behind the lonely suitor lodge during the night, and near the Great chapel of Mara during the day.
Bravil: Wretched Aia can be found behind the fair deal during the night and near the city gate, or the lone suitor or the chapel during the day.
Bruma: Fetid Jofnhild can be found beside the north gate during the night, and either at those gates, or at the chapel of Talos during the day.
Bruma: Jorck the Outcast can be found on the south side, behind Anora's house during the night and near the chapel, east gate or nord winds during the day.
Cheydinhal: Bruccius the Orphan can be found just south east of the West gate during the night and near the north east gate, the chapel of Arkay and just outside "goods and stores" during the day.
Cheydinhal: Luckless Lucina can be found in the south west corner of town during the night and the west gate, town statue or chapel during the day.
Chorrol: Lazy Kaslowyn can be found in the south west part of town during the night, sleeping against the south wall and during the day can be found near either the chapel or the fountain.
Chorrol: Nermus the mooch can be found just north of the chapel during the night, and near the south, or north gate or the chapel during the day.
Imperial City: Fralav the Faker can be found in the southwest corner of the elven gardens district at night and his day is spent either near the gates leading outside the city or near the gate to the palace district.
Imperial City: Simplicia the Slow can be found in the south east corner of the market district at night, and during the day, near the center of the market district or the gates leading out of the city.
Imperial City: No coins Draninus can be found in the northwest part of the Talos district at night, and his days are spent just to the north or south of the district center.
Imperial City: Ragbag Buntara can be found in the northern most part of the temple district during the night and during the day, near the gates leading either to the waterfront or to the palace.
Imperial City: Puny Ancus can be found behind the boarded up house in the waterfront district during the night and near the light house, and north and south sides of the docks during the day.
Leyawiin: Deeh the Scalawag can be found just north east of the west gate during the night and near the north or west gate, or the chapel during the day.
Leyawiin: Rancid Ra'dirsha can be found in the southwest corner of town during the night and the east gate or chapel during the day.
Skingrad: Foul Fagus can be found behind a stable, that's located behind the west Weald inn during the night and the chapel, north east gate or west Weald Inn during the day.
Skingrad: Nigidius the needy can be found next to the Skingrad fighters guild during the night, and the northeast gate, south of the town statue and the chapel during the day.
