It was all positive; I had a blast, and my EU character def needed the extra skyshard! I got a good laugh when we discovered why our quest was glitching, lol.

EU guildhall now has Critical Riposte, Dauntless Combatant, and Unchained Aggressor sets complete.

The team's bank still had a bit of gold left, so Tiddli added the Smithing station for Orgnum's Scales from the Earth Forge and that meant Fleur could do another writ. We'll get the other Earth Forge and Eyevea sets next, when our gold recovers, or we get enough vouchers.

I'm not sure which sets should be next on the list after those, possibly the Imperial City ones?

Brynja shopped, swapped, and studied motifs until she could get an attunable station, which should be in your mail. She has enough writs to get another one once I have time to run her around to the tables. Also Ever and Ericka went shopping so that they could contribute. There are tumbleweeds rolling through the bank now, lol.

My team would love to see the other Earth Forge set, Kagrenac's Hope. I have some healers who have been pressuring Brynja, and she hasn't done the FG quests yet to get there.

I have a writ that requires a trip to Eyevea, which she also can't reach on her own. I'll look for you to see if she can hitch a ride.

Check the bank - there are some new ones that maybe your crew can do.

UESP wiki says "Unlike most areas in the game, you cannot teleport to another player in Eyevea without first completing the Mages Guild questline." It doesn't have a similar note about the Earth Forge, so maybe they're different, and you can join another player there.

Tiddli can go to the Earth Forge, and Nadja to Eyevea. Fleur needs the stations to be at Hunding's.

Edit: we confirmed that you can't port to another player to reach either location. But with a lot of mailing, character swapping etc, we've added a few more stations. Kagrenac's Wood and Jewel, Eyes of Mara Clothier.

Getting close to the new chapter drop time (June 1), so I'm sending a full set of four attunable tables to mALX.

This is amazing progress doing it all on your own that way! The initial start of building up over 135 sets of four tables is an enormous commitment; I really need to get on the EU more often and try to help donate toward that so you don't get burned out trying to do it yourself!

ghastley, that's awesome! Brynja is almost halfway to another table, but it's slow going. Next on her list is getting the Wrothgar recipes for Ericka. She has two writs waiting for her to learn them.

Trinimac, Malacath, Ancient Orc? I don't think Fleur has any of those. We should definitely team up for World Bosses, as nobody's ever around when Fleur goes looking.

Edit: Grits and I did go bossing and delving, and picked up some pages, and pieces of Briarheart. We also discussed optimum attuning strategy for the new chapter.



The crafting sites are circled in red, and the initial wayshrine outside Leyawiin is in blue. It looks like the best way to get them is top to bottom, and some pathfinders would be really helpful. You can follow the road north and get to the first one without any problems. If another player goes into Leyawiin, and leaves again to the East, they can go North-east out of Gideon, and ride straight across the swamp to the next one (the green line), and just past that is a wayshrine, that mALX can port to after the first set. The bottom one is off the road, and so is the wayshrine nearest to it. Getting to that is probably a convoy job from the second, unless some fancy wayshrine sharing along the way lets player 1 go there from Gideon.

Unless it doesn't drop until the evening, I'll be at work when it all happens, and won't be able to help.

ghastley, this is a great help! I will run around and get the wayshrines as soon as I can when the patch has finished imploding. I mean downloading. Then I can help escort mALX to the sites.

I got a copy of this map off the internet; but it didn't show the Leyawiin in blue. I kind of guessed it out on foot and didn't have two much issues except the one NE of Leyawiin. That one was a bit hard to find by the map I used. After finding it = much easier by road coming up from the southern one. This is a much better map than the one I had.

Oh dear, I didn't see this post until just now! Well, the tables are actually all attuned and in the Guild Hall = not set up in the proper place yet; I am taking a break from it for a while.

Thank you everyone for your help; this was the easiest one yet to get! I only ran into one invisible wall (but it was on a ridiculously low rock wall that we should have been able to climb over easily).

Although I really hate the marshes; I have to say that I was tickled to have more Argonians with this Chapter! I am so in love with how ZOS did the Argonian personalities in this game!

I am going to take a break for at least a couple hours; then try to get in there and start shuffling tables. Until then, everything should be accessible to use.

Guild meet tomorrow, so we can either admire your work, or trip over the mess.

Buffy did her first master writ that required a set yesterday. She made the writ her active quest and as soon as she landed at the guild hall, a quest arrow popped up that took her directly to the correct table. If that feature continues to work reliably, shuffling tables around could become completely unnecessary in the future.

Buffy should be able to make the guild meeting today. Completely open to ideas but a couple things come to mind to consider. We can make sure any characters that need/want them have the nearby wayshrines to easily do the 'get Mirri and Bastion' quests. Then, if folks already have a companion, we could consider a trio of dailies (Undaunted delve, FG dolmens, MG public dungeon) since those dailies level of the relevant companion skills for those guilds. At any rate, Buffy will show up with a complete trio of those quests.

Urgh; Friday nights are out for me; Steve has tournaments every Friday night through August. I can still make the EU meets on Mondays though.

Hmmm, now that I have Bastien (and just picked up Mirri last night) perhaps it would be a good idea to pick up those dailies . . . Are they shareable, and can more than one daily be done by a group?

That's good to know. I tested the quest arrow feature when it dropped on PTS, and ii never worked for me there.

I'll probably bring Unna, who'll bring Mirri the bear-rider companion with her. I'm curious to see if she appears "uniformed" to others, and she needs the levels, too.

Yes, those three daily quests share. And after completing them, someone else in the group can pick up and share another round of three. Only real limitation is time. Takes about an hour to complete all three due dolmens. Dolmen respawn time averages 9 minutes if you camp them.

Fleur took her copy of Mirri for the FG quest and got the Alik'r ones. No time at all on that zerg!

I can change to any night. In fact, Fridays have become the only night that is somewhat routinely problematic for me.

EU meet got off to a slow start. After sitting around for a few minutes at Hunding's I took my Mirri for some dailies, and was joined at about half-past the hour by Grits, and her character's Bastian. We finished my dailies and got another round, and then mALX joined in.

So the first order of business was to get her companions unlocked, which we did, and then we all repeated the dailies rounds for them, and a few character swaps ensued, so we could get more ...

Meet ended about 11:30, when we all collapsed.

Cevin ran down the leads we got last night, so now the EU crew has three pieces of three different mythics. I'm just glad they don't take up inventory.

All those FG runs with Fleur and her Mirri got us to the brink of "Friendly" so we just reached that stage on our own FG run.

That triggered her personal quest(s) as one leads straight into the other. Completion gave us a houseguest, so now Mirri is propping up the bar at the guildhall. <== pour it here.

Mirri holds up the bar very well! What was wrong with her houseguest outfit originally? I never got that far on the PTS. I'll have to hop on the EU server and go say hi.

Buffy's been working up Mirri and Bastion at about the same rate. Has not activated the quests for either yet though.

That was fixed = not changeable, rather than not broken.

Oh, Awesome! I managed to get "favor" with both companions on the NA server; and Miri went with me through the first boss in FG to get the Achievement for that; but I had to get offline right after that and didn't get to play today at all;

Whoa; Miri looks pretty mad about something; did that barmaid ignore her drink order? Lol.

I don't think we reached any kind of consensus about a new night for guild meets, so I assume that Friday night is on as usual? Perhaps first order of business is choice of evening.

And Monday after for EU. of course.

It seems sometimes folks have day commitments that bump into evening sometimes. What about keeping Friday for the NA meeting but bumping it an hour later?

I still can't make Fridays through August; but don't want to mess anyone else up just for me.

I'd be fine with Tuesdays then if we want to move days.

Mondays would also be fine for me. If we moved to an hour later on Mondays it might work for mALX?

Make it a Tuesday at 6;00 EST? First one of the month, as before, or do we have EU on first Monday and NA the day after?

Tuesdays at 6 EST works for me. Since I don't go to the EU meeting, which Tuesday doesn't matter to me.

Tuesdays works perfectly for me if everyone else agrees; I can even be there on time on Tuesdays, lol.
