Lothran has now left Anvil and is currently east of Skingrad.

As summer progresses, Lothran has now travelled to Bravil. Exploration of the surrounding area is imminent and especially the chapel across the Niben due to its inhabitants.

While Lothran's in Bravil, ask him to say hi to Buffy's friends there - Daenlin, Nilawen, Kud-Ei and, oh yes, Aradaline, and . . . .

He'll give everyone Buffy's best



Chapel is cleansed and two Shadowbanish wine bottles collected from Kurdan's fort out in the Niben. Lothran was also gonna buy some ingredients at the guild but they were on a lunch break apparently.

Lothran is now resting in the basement at the Fighters Guild in Leyawiin. Weather is cloudy and autumn has set in - rain is probably not far away.

Lothran never spends much time in Bravil or Leyawiin anymore and he has already left for Cheydinhal. A little shame because Leyawiin is quite nice, but taking his time to go to Cheydinhal is quite nice too.

After a long, nice nightly walk on the roads, Lothran is now resting at the Newlands Lodge in Cheydinhal. Weather has been favorable and the roads even offered some good fun.


Fireplace is crackling and the proprietress is back behind the counter from her evening meal.

Lothran is now relaxing at Roxey Inn after having left Cheydinhal in the afternoon. Fun was had with the vampires in Barren Mine, ingredients were purchased at Morcant's cottage and some daedra were killed up by the Ayleid ruin close to Morcant.

No sign of the usual Highwayman on the Red Ring Road however. Wonder where he was off to

As the dark evening got darker, the Dark Elf made his way to the capitol and Talos Plaza. Upon entering he was greeted by a doe. Yes; a female deer


I guess in this economy even the deer need to put in some extra work...

Lothran is now roaming the Big City, playing with the bandits in the sewers and buying/selling stuff as well as socializing a bit.

Lothran is now sitting in the Captain's chair onboard the Marie Elena. It's a galleon I think...

Brenna just helped the Kvatch guard liberate what’s left of the city from the Daedric forces in the remaster. Now Martin is going to cool his jets at the Kvatch camp for a while and Brenna is going to continue gathering her recommendations for the Mages Guild. Next stop, Anvil!

I’d also like to take this moment to express how much I really like the Mages Guild recommendation segment. It does a great job of getting you around Cyrodiil and familiarizing you with the different cities.

I think it's a galleon too.

Agree on the MG recommendations - a great and natural way to discover Cyrodiil.

Also agree on leaving Martin in Kvatch. As a priest of Akatosh, they need him there. Besides, Jauffre's rude and the Empire did hardly anything to help Kvatch in their time of need.

Brenna arrived in Anvil! She’s currently about to go see if she can help the Mages Guild lure a rogue mage into attacking her on the Gold Road. After that she’ll probably hang out for a few days. Anvil was her home before her unfortunate incarceration at the Imperial City Prison.

Well, Anvil is a nice town for sure. Very tranquil

Lothran tried to get the Tiber Septim hotel's Official Deer™ to go back out into the wild by casting a Command spell on her. It worked to the point she showed up as "Lothran's deer", but she didn't follow him outside the hotel, not even when he went outside the City gates. This usually works with NPCs but apparently not with hotel mascots

Well, as long as she doesn't end us as venison stew, she should be fine.

She seems well settled in now

As November marches on, so does Lothran's preparations to go to Bruma. Things have been sold and bought, weapons recharged, sewer bandits taken care of and as of now the elf sits onboard the Marie Elena, reading up on Bruma through Alessia Ottus' guidebook. He's also talked to Armand Christophe about Ongar and yes; Ongar still lives in Bruma...

That's a sure sign winter's a comin'.

Lothran is now already in Aleswell and he will start the final leg of the journey up to Bruma tomorrow.


Winter has indeed come early

Recently went back into Oblivion Remastered. Been doing the Knights of the Nine quest line. Just finished Kynareth's test.

That's something Lothran never bothered with. He never fancied himself a knight

They have some spiffy looking armor though.

Bruma, day 2116, clear.


Lothran left Aleswell this morning and went a short distance on the Red Ring Road before turning north onto the Silver Road. Apart from a single ogre on the Red Ring and another one plus a basic minotaur on the Silver, no resistance was met. There was a dead deer on the Silver too but the one responsible for its demise wasn't there, but it had no venison so maybe it was a hungry Forester.

Upon entering the lovely town of Bruma, Lothran as always went straight to his house and put all trinkets in their respective container. Next time he will light the fireplace and prepare himself for hibernation.

Get that fireplace going, then check the guard schedule, then say hi to Olav?

Yes they do! Knights of the Nine armor is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes.

Lothran does good things, but he's an adventurer, not a knight/soldier. He never even bothered with the whole "Sir Knight" thing bestowed upon him in Leyawiin after defeating Black Brugo.

Lothran is now sitting in his usual place at the Jerall View after having conducted some business in town. Guards are patrolling, Karinnarre is refusing to ever go home, and snow is falling.


So yes; everything is as it should be
