Assuming my estimation of the angle between Azura and Mount Anthor is a bit off, that could just about be in the area above Kynesgrove. I doubt that it's as far away as the Orcs at Narzulbur, and they're up in the snows anyway.
My initial estimation of the line of sight to the shrine ran entirely through full snow country, with no grassy vegetation. There's some snow, so it would have to be along the snow line between Kynesgrove and Mzulft, and I'm guessing it's the end nearest to the shrine.

Right above Kynsegrove it is! (Near the dragon mound.)

No. The clue is the structure behind her, just beyond the doorway. You can't see what's on top of it, or it would be a total give-away.

I don't think most people have been to Kagrenzel, even if your picture is almost the same as the one at UESP.
The marker may not show until you're already part way up the obscure path that leads to it, so it probably doesn't get found unless a radiant quest selects it.

Haute's recognized the bed, but it's not that uncommon. It's also in a number of huts in Grahtwood.
