That's not good
I did Thanksgiving a few weeks early because I found a turkey finally. It came out glorious. But standing all day did a number on my back.
You can get a whole turkey here? I never knew! Also; a few weeks early? So it was Canadian Thanksgiving then 
Been at cottage with Dad again, did things that needed to be done. Now I'm building the Millennium Falcon out of Lego that my brother gave me on my b-day. I did say I wanted the TIE Fighter but I guess he didn't find it. Last time I got Luke on a tauntaun vs an Imperial Walker. Pretty cool little sets.

You can get whole birds here but they usually don't sell them til December. There weren't very many either, so I got it while I could.

No idea why Playmates did that, this ship takes 3 AA batteries just to power up the sounds, I'm sure it can handle lights.
Now the Playmates Voyager ship's warp engines don't light up but that's because of the mechanic it uses to move the engines but its deflector dish does light up.
Toys that light up go back to the '70s at least. There's no excuse why they wouldn't do that now.

Whoa . . . today's time-change caught me totally unaware, it not appearing on this year's wall-calendar. It didn't help that the clock at my sofa, which gets its time-settings via satellite rather than manual adjustments, has not yet updated itself to reflect the change.
Woke at what I assumed to be a tad earlier than usual this morning. Killed time before getting out of bed (sofa) reading. Finished the book at 0401 sofa-clock-time. Closed it, returning to the Paperwhite's "library" screen. The time there was 0301!
The computer-room clock, also controlled via satellite, agreed with the Paperwhite. As does my computer.

It didn't make the move to Kansas same goes for my Enterprise-D Bridge but I'm about to remedy that next month.
